Card Controls App

Download our Card Management App to stay in control of your credit or debit card. It lets you lock your card instantly if it’s lost or stolen, set spending limits to manage your budget, and receive alerts for any transactions. You can also set travel notifications to ensure your card works smoothly while you’re away. With these features, the app gives you peace of mind, knowing you can protect and monitor your card anytime, anywhere.


Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your card is lost or stolen, contact your financial institution immediately. If you notice fraudulent activity on your Visa card, promptly contact your financial institution. Monitoring your transactions regularly will help you identify any unauthorized activity.

Please be prepared with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your card number or member number

  • The date and time when the card(s) was last in your possession

  • The last purchase or withdrawal information — date, time, amount, location, etc.


Card Activation & PIN Changes

The phone number you are calling from must match the one on file with the credit union for these services to work.


Payment Errors, Inquiries & Refunds

If you notice any unfamiliar transactions on your account, contact the credit union immediately. For pre-authorization holds or merchant refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • If the charge is unauthorized due to fraud or if you're unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, the credit union can help you file a formal dispute. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to resolve the issue or issue a provisional credit.

  • If you are a merchant and arranged to give you a refund on your credit or debit card, give them approximately 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If you notice a pre-authorized charge from a merchant that was supposed to cancel the transaction, please wait approximately 3 business days for the pre-authorized amount to be released.
